When can I collect my order?

Order online by 12:00 pm daily for same-day collection or delivery after 5:00 pm. If you place your order after 12:00 pm, your items will be ready the following day after 5:00 pm.

What do I need to bring for pick-up?

Please ensure you bring your order confirmation email (either on your mobile phone or printed out). Strictly 18+ regulations apply to all vape purchases, so please have valid photo identification ready as well.

Where do I go once I arrive in Eli Waters?

We will send an SMS with specific collection details after 5:00 pm once your order is sorted. If you opted for local delivery instead, an SMS will alert you as soon as our driver is on the way (all deliveries take place after 5:00 pm).

How long will you hold my order?

Click and collect orders are held for 24 hours from when they are ready. If your order is not collected within 24 hours, it will be cancelled and items returned to stock.
